I got this book filled with no-knead recipes that is pretty dang good... called "Artisan Bread in less than Five Minutes a Day." I made a challah bread after the initial boulle loaf (like the one in your pics), and it actually came out good too! You can find the book on Amazon... Haven't seen you in a while, but I hope things are going awesome... Lates! It looks great!
